Often with the 201 and 124 series it is the ball joint. Carefully check the dust boot and see if there is evidence of wear. You can also squirt (carefully so not to get on any braking surface) some lube or WD40. If the squeak goes away you know what it was.

Can you make it squeak while standing still? If so, have someone create the noise while you check for the reason.
