Belt is tight and turn the alt. as it always has. I don't think it is the battery as I can watch the voltage drop while the car is running.

Car OFF- 11.8V
Car RUNNING- 11.4, dropped to 11.2 over 15 minutes.

Needed a short shaft philips head to remove the regulator. Will head back to the western shore and try to get her going tomorrow.
