Mike is dead on as usual.
Mine were stuck as well. I pulled the calipers & rotors, then tapped out the sensor with a proper sized socket.
By the way, I had mine out when I realized that I had started out the process in order to clean the sensors. Guess what!
The tips that need to be cleaned are exposed by the removal of the rotor, duh, I didn't really need to "remove" the sensors at all.
