Does the bolt even turn? If not than I would imagine hammering on the bolt will do little due to the rebounding effect from the rubber mount.

Nice new blade, regulate your speed too initilaize the cut than go to town. You may start by cutting into the mount than through the bolt, it's just a lot more material to cut through.
