Yes, it is possible that the rear break pads lasted that long. Mine lasted more than 90k miles and still had some life in them.

I beieve the only thing lubed at the 82.5k service is the engine hood. The book does not specify anything else to be done other than this and the oil change.

Yes, if you go into a dealer, you will probably run in the range of $600 for a 90k mile service. Parts will cost you not much more than $100 if you do it yourself. Depending on the vehicle, tranny fluid may not be done. Starting with the 722.6 tranny, it is considered a permanent fill and never changed as part of the recommended scheduled maintenance. Also not on the list is differential oil. I put redline gear oil in mine at 90k miles in addition to the list in the maintenance book.
