Shell just lost a huge lawsuit over their fuel quality detroying certain fuel level sensors.

Some time ago, Ford evaluated all common fuel brands, guess who rated the worst...........Petro Canada.
Recently had both of my fuel levels senders replaced, luckily, just under warranty.
The replacements have gold plated contacts & should take care of any sub-standard fuel composition.
Apparently M-B's & GM fuel level sensor problems are only occuring in North America.
Esso & Sunoco are okay.
