I never owned an S series Benz, but I drove many of them for extended periods. The ones I drove were 2000 and older. Both sedans and coupes. They all impressed me. But they definitly have a big car feel. They will float (for the lack of a better word) around the road somewhat due to the supension and weight. Very stable ride but more cushy. The E series is considered a mid-size while the S series is a full size. It's a matter of choice, but for pure driving pleasure everyday to work and around town, etc. I perfer the E series.
BTW. El Pres. that's not Lynns SL your talking about is it? LOL. Just what I need.
