my friend had new rotors and brake pads put on the lex. and now the car vibrates at speeds 35mph and above. however the strange thing is that there is no pulsating shaky feeling when the brakes are used. I've usually seen a shake while braking if the rotors are warped.
what could be causing this ? could the new rotors be bad ? these are bendix rotors. is there even such a thing as bad rotors out of the box ?
