Steve,
Turned Ignition key on dash light warning lights went on
and went under hood. Light 4 was on (led) Held button down
lite 4 went out, then blinked 4 times. Repeated again
and light 4 blinked one time. No more blinks on next tries.

What does 4 blinks mean????
What does 1 blink mean????

I believe this is a California Emissions Car that was
sold new at Sutherland Motors in Spokane, WA
