He also admitted to hitting prisoners as well as piling them up naked one on top of the other. He got the maximum sentence(which I think is because the Gov't is using him as a scapegoat) and thats a dishonorable discharge, a year in jail (hell, why not send him to Guantanomo?), and a pay cut.
