I had a body shop do the "rebadging" for me when I had my car in to have the front and rear bumpers repainted.

Our cars have a black impact strip in the center of the bumpers, whereas '94-'95 W124's have bumpers that are completely painted.

Anyway, the "300E" emblem can be removed with dental floss. The letters are simply glued onto the trunk.

I purchased a new "E320" badge from the dealer, and it simply sticks on.

You can't tell the badge was changed as the paint had not faded at all.

FWIW, if I was going to do this again, I might have badged it as a "320E", as they were badged this way in Europe, Asia, and Australia.
