Evan, to the best of my knowledge the dealer's Service Department will only perform warranty repairs that you bring to their attention, as opposed to diligently inspecting your vehicle for problems before the warranty expires and addressing them free of charge. Your best bet is to pay an independent mechanic for a thorough inspection of items covered under warranty. Then give the repair list to the dealer.
