I had P0173 which turned on the CEL and P0170 pending. I cleaned the MAF, new air filter and wiped some silicon oil on the rubber gasket and on the inside section of the hose that attaches to the other side. Then I cleared the codes, and have driven approx 800 miles so far with no problems.

The MAF did not look dirty to me though. I think I may had a leak on the rubber ring gasket because it is the only thing that did'nt look very good. I am replacing it next weekend.

Important to note: although I had the CEL on, there was no rough iddle or any other performance problems that I can feel driving normally. I had the CEL on for one day before I "fixed it".
