Our 190e was noisy about the tops of the doors, because the top frames were sprung out a little bit. You could see by comparing the rubber weatherstripping on each side, and with the back doors, which were quiet.

We could make the doors quiet by winding the window up on a rag (for a handle) and pulling the top of the door in while driving. So the obvious solution was to gently bend in the top frame by putting a knee in the middle of the door and pulling on the top. Nothing broke. It came in just a little. It is quiet!
