I found it. I had accidentally covered it with the washer bottle when I put everything back together. Yes it did make a difference in acceleration. Before I tanked my intake it was coated with sludge inside, I wonder if the sludge had clogged this vacuum port? In some places it was 3/8" thick. I scooped it out of the valve ports with a spoon before shop vacuuming them out! I found the problem was my EGR was actually recirculating some of the exhaust gasses!!! I fixed it with a block off plate.
