Isn't amazing how many cars are offered for sale with the caveat 'AC needs recharge?' If that's all it needs for working AC, why not recharge it before offering it for sale? Am I the only one who thinks that if it really only needed a recharge then it would have been done, and the fact that it hasn't been done means there are deeper problems with the AC? When I sold the 83 SD I was clear that the AC doesn't work, comrpessor won't turn. AC did need a recharge as well
