ain't trial and error fun . Im sure you'll get it figured out. You can use the photo program that comes with windows to reduce the size rather easily. "Microsoft Photo Editor". You can dowload it for free but Im sure its on your system. Just open the picture in that program or something simular. Set the "view" to 100% so you see the true size. Crop it to the look you want using the "select" tool and ""crop" under the [Image] menu. Then under the same menu "resize" it down as a whole if you need to.

You'll be all puter picture savy before ya know it.

Dont forget to save it as a JPEG or Gif. JPEG takes less space I think.
