If not , the norm is to do
pre purchase inspection (PPI) before u buy the car and $ exchanges hands
4. Just use some good oil. As long as you change it every 3K miles, I reckon. Which one? You will probably hear a variety of answers. Don't think none will be backed up by scientific evidence LOL
