I purchased one of these flip keys on ebay. There are a few folks who sell these. I then found a locksmith who can cut these keys. He charged me $24 per key (I had a couple of regular blanks I wanted done also).
Bottom line, if you just want a regular blank, go to the dealer as it's usually around $35. If you want a flip, you need to find a locksmith with the right equipment.
