That is one really out of date number but I think you are working on the link with the cam for toe adjustment. It has a ball socket and tapered stud like front tierods. I think a proper link has a 5mm allen in the center to hold it. If not one must drive the tapered stud into its hole and hold pressure against it with a prybar to hold the stud.
