Have you tried to re-boot the system, by disconnecting your negative battery terminal for at least 1/2 hour....it may need a good cleaning out....it worked for me.......Secondly....does your map move when you are driving....if not....it could be the Nav drive....Thirdly..have you gone through a car-wash lately...maybe some moisture got into your GPS antennae.....
