Yeah, I emailed them and I'll wait and see what they say. Inoticed that there is a Behr for sale for $250, and I have read in other posts that this regulator is more reliable and lasts a lot longer. I wonder if it is worth the extra money? People say that you have to replace the KAE one once every few years . . . but if it's only half the price, then it might still be a good purchase (especially considering how easy it is to install).
