91 350sd blower problem.I have 6.5 volts at plug going to blower regulator in high,and about 1.5 volts at low.With blower motor unplugged from regulator but connected plug I am getting no voltage(at blower leads).
...Does this prove a failed regulator ?
...Blower works on bench with 12v applied, any help would be greatly appreciated, TIA Johnny
