The A/C compressor does not turn off when the car has been started. It seems the climate control unit which has been replaced 2-years ago does not shut off the A/C compressor.

Also, the center does not open. I can open it with a long screw driver by pushing down on the shut-off vents but it closes when you turned the engine off.

Could both be related to faulty climate control unit. I had the A/C compressor replaced 2-months ago.
