The Part numbers are on the Mirror cover..Most ALL late S class (W220) part Numbers will Start With 220
So The Part Number May still be good ..The One molded on the Mirror cover.2208100264re
To Remove the Outer Mirror Cover fold back the Mirror and Use a Flat blade Screw driver to release the spring clip.. (On the Inside of the Mirror there will be a Metal clip)then the cover will slide off. Check the Operation of the Mirror ..all you may need is the outer cover and Turn signal lens..The Paint Code is listed as Black 040 Solid Black..
