Anybody know how to tell if this switch is bad? Car idles at 1250 unless I jumper/short the plug in on this switch. If jumpered it goes to 750 but fairly rough idle. It is an add-on through Technical Service Bulletin after manfacture. 1985 was stock with it but 1981-1984 did not have it and it was added through the TSB.
