Hi all. I am in Richmond, VA coming home from a DC vacation. I am losing power steering fluid. Several weeks ago I changed the bottom seals in the steering gearbox. I noticed some fluid in the garage and put the car on the rack to check it out and make sure it wasn't the seals I just put in. The fluid was coming from the steering shock. I cleaned off everything very good and am sure it was leaking from the stabilizer. I was not losing fluid from the p/s reservoir at the time so I ordered a stabilizer from Fastlane and it is sitting at my home waiting for me to get back. Now, I am leaking enough in 2-3 hours to drain the reservoir. Undecided whether to buy a gallon of fluid from Wal-Mart and limp home or take it to the local MB dealer. Can p/s fluid leak from the stabilizer. I did not see any lines going to it and have never seen a stabilizer tied to the p/s fluid.
