Got hit by the SL bug and found a 5 speed stick Euro SL. Nice body, good mechanical condition, a bit challenged cosmatically, paint and trim. My worst fear turned out to be true, the seller reported that he did a pre-test and the car could not pass CA smog standard. If he spend too much money to fix it, the deal will be off. Don't want to spend too much for a gray market car. Could be a money pit if let some monkey wrench have a go at it. Any tips?
