That would be the easiest "conversion" you will ever do. Just unbolt manual parts and bolt to auto car (will need the driveshaft and all manual related parts.) Hooking up a clutch safety switch will have the same issues as the 300D auto to man'l convert, but no driveline shortening, shift rod bending, etc.
