As commented before, mantaining a V-12 is like having to mantain two M104 engines at the same time, if not more expensive at certain elements.

Be ware of pre-1996 W/C140s!!! During 1996 and 1997 model years many mechanical things were improved, but if interested, I would go for a 98 or 99.

Still, A/C issues, certain electrical systems and the lack of a spotless maintenance record could be a nightmare on these cars.

A CL 500 is, for me, a much better proposition than a CL 600.
