I went thru the front brake pad nightmare last year... tried several kinds... and all squealed like crazy no matter what I did... used the MB paste, used Permetex Disc Quiet, shaved the pads, roughed the rotors, etc, etc, etc... they all squealed like mad.
Put in a stock set of MB pads and quiet as a church mouse...
They do an excellent job stopping the car but, as you know, there's plenty of dust...
