Anything over 100*C is bad for the motor's longevity, I suggest you just get a "new" radiator. I think stop leak is more of a problem than a solution, just think where the rest of it goes once the leak is stopped. It will end up clogging up your new radiator as well. If you absolutely refuse to buy a new radiator you can have it taken to a radiator shop and have the leaky spot soldered.
Increasing the pressure only serves one point, to raise the boiling point. If the coolant begins boiling cavitation begins inside the head.
