I guess my whole train of thought is that the A/C will have it's own fan, the motor already has its own fan, why do you need another? Perhaps it will heat soak after setting long enough but by having more electrical load it only creates more drag on the motor. I can feel when I turn my climate control on, not just the A/C but the work the alternator imposes on the motor. Do you think the gain of having a fan would be more than the loss imposed by the alternator?
