I would think on you side of the pond you can find a W124 6.0L M117 V8 wagon.

There are at least two of them that I know of in USA.

A M119 shoe-horned in a W124 wagon would be very labor extensive.

Personally, I would go for a 400E converted to a wagon like Holson said.

There should also be W210 V8 wagons as well in Europe.

Let the torch and "sawzall" begin. . .
