SRS light, pleasant surprise...
Last Wednesday, my SRS light came on. Not intermittent. On constantly.
Today, my indie hooked the car up to SDS and we found the driver's door air-bag is no good.
Great. Wonder how much an airbag costs? I figure it's going to be a shocker.
List $197.00 That's right. Just under $200. With my discount it's $177.
Since my car is three weeks out or warranty, I had considered talking to MB Canada about goodwill, but for $177, I'll just do it. Use my gripe-mode for something expensive.
BTW, my airbag carries a 170 part prefix, so the SLK side bags are the same. SLK owners have "cheap" bags too.
