The president is a man of limited intellect who lucked his way into the oval office. His inability to speak the English language is also something becoming less and less of a joke. He's ok as long as he sticks to trite phrases, stupid tautologies ("my job is my job"!)
and cliched slogans. For him to go beyond that and actually discuss anything substantive with the American people strains his brain real bad.
