Well it's winter down here and the fresh air vent in the middle of the dash on my '88 300sel won't shut off .

Darn it sure flows some cold air.

The link to the flap has become disconnected.

How do I access the center lever under the dash without doing a major dash strip out ??

I have tried to remove the face plate that the 3 levers go thru , but have not been able to achieve that yet.

Anyone been there ?
