Tom, do you rebuild the injectors? If so, how much would it cost to get new nozzles installed and five injectors balanced?
Too much.

Really, I find it hard to tell people that new nozzles (the only ones I'll use) will cost $40-50ea, then another $15-20ea to dis-assy, ultrasonically clean all parts, then re-assy and balance them as a set, then have to ship them. Most look at the rebuilds for $50 or so and say that's a better deal.

Not sure what they mean by "improved", but about anything "Monark" I've found to be of sub-standard quality.

The best for WVO are the DNOSD240//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////. What I recommend for SVO/WVO is to increase the pop pressure by about 10 bar for better atomization, then advance the IP to compensate.
