For the 500E (up to 1993) Euro glass lenses
000-820-12-66 - 1992-1993 Hella Euro left lens, 500E

For the E500 (1994 and up) Euro glass lenses
124-820-57-66 - 1994-1995 Hella Euro left lens, E500
124-820-58-66 - 1994-1995 Hella Euro right lens, E500
This is what I found regarding 500e and e500 lenses. Someone please help verify the part numbers. I also don't know about fitment on anything other than 500e and e500 assemblies.
