Still doesn't leave an excuse though. We only had our Chrysler less than a year when some moron let a cart take off and bash into the drivers door of it. Nice dent when we came out of the store, but the guilty party no where to be seen.
I've even taken carts right back inside the store when I'm done if I'm not too far out in the parking lot, otherwise I always find the nearest cart parking.
