Would a rising rate fuel pressure regulator work on a turbo CIS M103?
Also, won't the turbo boost push the Air-Flap down, causing the fuel/air mixture to be altered incorrectly (the stock motor can only pull the flap down so far through suction, won't the turbo push it down too early causing a rich mixture? Untill it hits the bottom that is, then, provided the revs are up high enough you are back to a lean mixture). Is this the case?
Super SEC, how did you adjust the EHA? Does the M103 have an adjustable EHA? Can it be modified to enrichen the mixture with the increasing air flow?
