If you search, I know I have described this several times at this site. BUT here it is ONCE AGAIN:
You must be in the car with the doors closed, this isn't even actually in the manual!!! But it's true.
OK, once the doors are closed, turn the key to ON (don't start it, just so all the idiot lights are on). OK, then press the "0" button (the one that resets the trip meter) twice rather quickly, the trip meter will then display the miles or time remaining on the FSS service. If you are way over on service and this is being displayed automatically, wait to do this until after the trip meter goes back to the trip meter display, hope that makes sense to you. Once you've double "clicked" the "0" button, then push the "0" button down and HOLD it down. While doing this turn the key back to OFF (KEEP HOLDING THE "0" BUTTON DOWN!), then back to ON. Continue holding that darn button down for at LEAST 10 seconds, until you hear a "beep" noise from the cluster and the FSS display (trip meter display) will then read 10000 and you're good to go.
