Has anyone ever been successful freeing bound-up headlight wiper motors? I am tring to take the least expensive way out having two bound-up motors. Didn't know if anyone ever took them apart to see where they bind. Mine both show rust where the shaft enters the body area. One of them, after using penetrating solvent, is showing some movement but I am still working on it . . .
