All those jobs listed are fairly simple DIY stuff. It wouldn't take you more than 2hours to do all of it. I'd do it myself if I were you.

1. Spark plugs : 30-45 mins
2. Fuel Filter : 20-30 mins
3. Flush & Refill Coolant : 15-20 mins
4. Flush and Refill Brake Fluid: 30-45 mins

Doing these jobs yourself will ensure that they were done. Esp #3 & 4....unless those fluids are really dirty, you'll never know whether or not it was really flushed.
