Work from the inside out on the head bolts. Tighten to 30 nm, then 60 nm. Let sit for 10 minutes, then loosen and retighten to 60 nm in the same pattern.

You need either a socket with a 6" hex bit, or the special hex bit tool to do the bolts under the cams.

The CD does not give a torque for the intake manifold bolts.
