No doubt about it, there are plenty of people on both sides of the Iraq thing who have their minds made up and do not want to be confused with the facts.

Edit:

Having acknowledged that neither pro-war nor anti-war people have a monopoly on the truth, I would rather err on the side of no war. In other words, the presumption should be that we do not start wars unless we have no other choice. Bush/Cheney applied the opposite approach.
