I'll take my chances with my fog's as daytime running lights and strobe 3rd brake lights. I don't think I'll have a problem . Anything that decreases my chances of having a wreck is worth the minimal risk.

Side note: I Recently saw a Motorcycle with a very bright, daytime running, strobe headlight...couldn't miss seeing that ! A great safety idea IMO.
