Agree with Manny, but I would do a few test drives at moderate revs. Listen for any abnormal noises and do a couple of thorough checks under the hood to make sure everything is in order.

"New car breakin" applies primarily to piston rings, axle gears, and brakes. A fresh cylinder head if done properly doesn't need a specific breakin.
