I had an engine fire in my 1985 grey market 500sl. I just bought a 1979 450sl and the hard top was stolen.

Will the 1985 hard top fit the 1979 car?

I believe they are both 107's.

Since I have to get two guys to try to put the hardtop on I'd like to make sure it will fit!
