I think that COULD be a bad sign. Like I said, think I would change the pump to eliminate that possibility, Then go from there. I would think if your pump took a hit, trashing the pick up, maybe it suffered some unseen damage, NO ? Hopefully you,l get more opinions, but thats what I come up with.
